While I have internship and career experience in tech, finance, fashion, consulting, and entrepreneurship, I have probably interviewed for every type of company under the sun. It can be hard to figure out what makes you tick when you have varied interests and it’s a scary process to determine what path you should embark on early on in your career (especially when you feel like you’re making a lifelong decision)! I did a lot of exploring to say the least. My work in Stanford Women in Business and time at Stanford Graduate School of Business also gave me the great fortune of developing relationships with dozens of recruiters across all industries and being privy to hearing about the secret sauce of what they looked for in a candidate.
